Child Bad Effects of Sleep Deprivation

Rarely exercise and too much intake of junk food could be a culprit of childhood obesity. But, you know, the little amount of sleep can also affect body weight.

According to research in the Archives of Disease in Childhood, said children who experienced less sleep than the amount that was recommended at the age of two years, generally can suffer from obesity at age 7 years.

Why lack of sleep makes fat? One reason, fatigue can increase the appetite-enhancing hormone, which can make your child eat a lot, said Shahrad Taheri. M.D., author and one of the researchers.

- Create the atmosphere of his bedroom a bit dark and quiet at night, which means the television is turned off.

- Take him to exercise (active children tend to sleep better) - but

do not do it for a moment before climbing onto the bed Temat.

- Make sure he has enough rest, let alone stress can trigger sleep problems.
